I've only just picked up on this thread.

It's a great shame that Gerry has been grounded and has to sell his car.  It's a situation that most of us are going to have to deal with sooner or later I suppose - later hopefully in my case, as I'm only 64, and loving every mile I spend in my 5.

Pleased to learn that he is still going to contribute to the forum though - MX-5 'owner' or not.  His comments are always interesting, thought provoking, and often controversial, but he's one of the forum's colourful characters, and this site would be all the poorer if he quit completely.

I hope his car finds another loving home.

Our current MX-5 is a 2008 2.0L Sport Roadster-Coupe in Galaxy Grey, with black alloys (a bit unusual and truly scrumptious !).
My wife's company Scirocco has been returned now, and she has bought a lovely 2016 Mazda 3 of her own (that should slow her down a bit !).
