Hi Chillax

Apparently the MK2 standard windblocker will fit the MK1.

Available cheap(around £25). There was one on ' MX5 Cars N parts' on facebook for £15 collected earlier.

Yes, may need a hole or 2 drilling. I’d double check about the style bar if there is one though.

MK2 Windblocker

No mention of drilling holes although they do sell an associated fitting kit.

I recently fitted a wind blocker to my mk1, only 1 hole each side lined up to the original screw holes. Also had to remove the OEM brace bar as you're not able to have them both together.
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car
Brake horse power is how fast you hit the wall
Torque is how far you send the wall across the field once you've hit it

MX5 Mk1 1.8 in Silver

All original parts sourced off Ebay

I also have a spare Mazda windblocker from a mk2.

However, as Graham has already offered, he should really get to make the first offer.

Thanks for the offer Sukebe

Where are you located, as Graham isn't too far away from me (bout 40 min drive, or 15 miles by boat! lol )
