Hi all

Im thinking of getting one of these but note that it says the fit is "snug" on the mk3.  Has anyone got one and can expand on what snug means in reality?  Is it a pig to get on and off or is it actually fine to use?

Thanks

Hi, bought an outdoor half cover from these guys last year https://www.classicadditions.com/ for my MK3.5 Sport Tech.

Very happy with my purchase and very easy to put on and take off by myself, highly recommend!

Thanks.

Any trouble with it flapping about or coming loose in high winds?

No, although I use it primarily when frost and/or snow are forecast. The straps are soft elastic and fit easily, but firmly front and back. It is light, whilst still strong, which means if it ends up wet any wind will dry it quickly.

Looking at the MX5 parts one mine covers a little more of the bonnet and boot of the car.

Obviously when taking it off wet or frosty you need somewhere to leave it to dry.

I've got one of these too.

The straps are a little stretched now so I've had to tie them shorter, other than that the cover is fine.
