Meet at the Travelodge car park at Seaton Burn. Meet at 10, to leave at 10.30. Travelling to Holy Island
Aim to arrive at the car park over the causeway between 11.30-12 for those who want to meet us there.
Bring picnics / grub for the BBQ (bring a disposable BBQ along with you.
Bring your best running shoes!
