The highlights of the calendar are, as ever, your MX-5s!
As we head into Autumn planning turns to the Club’s ever popular annual wall calendar. Around 10,000 will be produced again this year, reaching Club members, partners and specialists all across the globe.
The highlights of the calendar are, as ever, your MX-5s! and please send in any photos you would like to be included.
All images are welcome, whether you’re a skilled photographer with all the kit or a keen amateur armed with a smartphone. If you’ve been out in your MX-5 on a beautiful drive, posed up a great shot at a national landmark or simply want to show off your hard work under the bonnet, we would love to see any pictures you’ve taken this year. All that we ask is that images are of the highest possible resolution for printing.
If you’re going to do a photoshoot especially for the calendar, why not check the “How to photograph your MX-5” feature in August’s issue of Soft Top Hardtop. Selection priority is always given to new and original images submitted.
Please email photographs to email@example.com by Friday 5 November 2021. Only images submitted on or before this date can be considered. When sending your image, please make sure to include your name and membership number as well as where the image was taken with any story behind why you shot it.
The Calendar will arrive with your December edition of Soft Top Hardtop, to help you plan your 2022 MX-5 drives and events in style!
All images received will go forward for selection to be shortlisted where the images meet the requirements for print. With just 12 months to feature cars, we are not able to use all submissions.
Due to the large number of photographs we receive every year for the calendar we are not able to respond to everyone who sends in images. An automated message will be sent to acknowledge that member’s pictures has been received and all will be forwarded to be included in the initial selection process.
The shortlisted images will be selected in early November and we will contact all the successful photographers shortly after to confirm image details, prior to the printing for inclusion with the December edition of Soft Top Hardtop.
Without the valuable input from the members of the Club we would not be able to produce our brilliant calendar each year.
