We will be meeting at Birling Gap National Trust Cafe at 10am for coffee and toilet facilities (don’t forget you stickers for the car park).  Departing at 10.40am for the short drive to Filching.

This should be a really fun event.  The track has been booked for 11am at The Campbell Circuit, Filching, East Sussex BN26 5QA.  Please wear sensible shoes but protective overalls and helmets will be given together with full tuition.

We have a special discount of £25.00 per person which will be payble on the day.

There are refreshments and toilet facilities available but if you want to bring drinks and food please do so.  Also it might be advisable to take folding chairs if you can so those not driving can sit if they wish.

When responding please let us know firstly, how many attending and secondly the name of the potential Go Karter. We will put the drivers names in bold underneath as we would like to get two good teams together.  Maximum of 20 drivers please.  Each driver should get 20 minutes on the track altogether in two sessions of 10 mins each.  Also you may wish to just join us for the event as spectators only in which case you are more than welcome but please let us know. There is no fee for spectators only.

Some of you booked for this event a little while ago so any alterations to the list please let us know.

If this is found to be a popular event it could be made a regular feature and possibly more than once a year, involving team races against other areas.

As this is a morning event anyone wishing to go on afterwards to lunch somewhere we may be able to arrange this.
