Highlands & Moray Trip to Northern Ireland

We are planning a weekend trip to Northern Ireland in May. 

We plan to Leave Inverness early on Friday 11th May and drive down to Cairnryan to get the ferry to Larne (approx. cost £250). Then we will head up the Antrim coast to Carnlough where we will be staying at the Londonderry Arms Hotel. Rates for accommodation are £51 per person for dinner bed & breakfast based on two people sharing.

We plan a run up the Antrim Coast to visit the Giant’s Causeway, and may also take in the Titanic Expo in Belfast. We are in contact with the local club and will see if we can meet up and sample some of the local roads.

On Monday we will take the ferry back to Scotland and make our way back north.

At the time of writing we have seven cars confirmed on the MX5 Scotland website, and the final call has gone out to see if anybody else wants to join us.
