This year we celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the MX-5 and the 25th of the MX-5 Owners Club and we have an incredible event to mark the occasion.
Building on the phenomenal success of recent years this years Rally is set to be the biggest event in the Club’s history and a fitting tribute to the Anniversary year.
Returning to UK’s most prestigious Motoring Museum this massive Anniversary Rally will be held on the Sunday 15th September and  featuring Club displays, Mazda UK Test drives, Show & Shine Competitions, a huge selection of MX-5 Specialists and Traders, VIP guest, Technical sessions and displays, Lifestyle Market and much more!
It’s the MX-5 event of 2019 and of the past 30 years!

It will  be a first, as the rally expands into 2 days, over the 14th and 15th of September.

As with the areas visit to Ragley Hall in 2018 there will be two options, (well three if you include stay at home, be miserable and miss out ! ) make a weekend of it and stay overnight on Saturday, or just a run down to the venue on one or both days. It is 1hr 48 mins 108 miles from Meadowhell

Full details of the rally are now on the Club Web Site  https://www.nationalrally.co.uk/   and  https://www.mx530.co.uk/

Please hang your Rally Pass (sent out with the last edition of Soft Top Hard Top) on the interior mirror before reaching the venue.

Take the pass with you into the event. Exchange it for your rally gift and program when you show with your membership card at the club desk

A convoy to the rally for members from the Peaks and Pennines area staying in the area will leave the Days Inn on the M40 Northbound service area at 9:45 and make their way to the rally arriving about 10:00

THE GATES OPEN AT 10.00 AM please do not arrive before

A convoy from the P&P has not been organised, my suggested route for those coming down from the P&P area on their own is –

Leave Woodall Services (Southbound) at 8:15 am M1,  M69,  A5, B4455 (Fosse Way, a road The Romans build in readiness for the MX5) B4100 from where the venue is brown sign posted, approx 110 miles allow 2 hours
