Sunday Run – Lyth Valley, Grange-over-Sands & Arnside

Meeting point is Carnforth Truckhaven LA5 9RQ at 9:45am departing at 10:15am
Leaving the Truckstop at 10:15am we head via Capernwray, Burton in Kendal, Endmoor and Brigsteer to arrive at our coffee stop – Damson Dene Hotel, Crosthwaite about 11:30am. We stop here for approximately 40minutes. After coffee we drive around the Lyth Valley to Newby Bridge and then via Grange-over-Sands to our lunch stop – Gilpin Bridge Inn, LA8 8EP arriving at approximately 1.15pm.
Lunch will be a Sunday Roast at £15.95 per person. There will be a choice of meats and a vegetarian option.
IMPORTANT – I need to confirm numbers with the venue during the week before the run.

We leave our lunch venue and head towards Levens and onto Arnside before making our way back to Truckhaven at Carnforth arriving around 3:30pm
