Meeting at The Stockyard Hellaby at 9:30 for a cuppa, or earlier if you are having one of their value for money breakfasts or just a Bacon Butty, leaving at 10:00 prompt, our route will wind its way on A and B roads to The International Bomber Command Centre (IBCC)
After a 45 minute coffee stop we aim to leave The Sturgate Cafe Gainsborough at 11:45, we plan to arrive at the IBCC around 12:45, putting the MX-5’s on display on the turning circle in front of The Chadwick Centre (Car parking is £3.00 per car)
A guided tour of the Lincolnshire and International Peace Gardens, the Memorial Spire and Walls of Names, the has been booked for shortly after our arrival, along with entry to the Exhibition Galleries, where the group rate is £7.50 per adult,
There are three Exhibition Galleries, Operation Bomber Command, Home Fronts and Remembering Bomber Command.
An area of the cafe will be reserved for club members where a meal popular with the (Home made), Pie, Mash and Veg @ £9.95 will be served to Club Members, (Vegetarian option available) in The Hub Cafe at around 1:45pm. Snacks will be available in the main cafe area
The mileage is approx. 60 miles to the venue
The numbers need to be confirmed to the Centre on Monday July11th, so ideally I need to be taking payments for the food during the July Meeting, in cash preferably.

Members from all MX-5 Club Areas (and prospective members) are welcome to join or leave at any point, please let the leader know if you intend to do this so we are not waiting for you, and if you are leaving mid route, ensure that the cars behind know you are leaving the convoy, or you may find you have extra guests at your house for tea !!!!
