Planning Meeting

Our annual planning meeting will be held at our usual social meeting place of The Crown at Worthington, Standish starting at 10.30am.

This is open to everyone and we need your suggestions as to what we do next year.

We are Coordinators not organisers and therefore it is up to you to step up and organise some events. These need not be car runs, albeit these would be appreciated, they can be meals, evenings out, any activities – whatever you want. Remember you do not have to organise the whole thing down to the final curtain; organise the venue and date, get us to publicise it on the club calendar so that the members phone to book.

All ideas and offers to organise events are more than welcome so please remember, ‘it’s your club and needs your suggestions to survive.’

If you want lunch please phone the Crown on  01257 818015 to book this for 12 noon as we plan to have finished by then. Please state that you are with the MX-5 club so that they put us all together in the dining room.
