Planning Meeting

This will be held at the The Crown, Platt Lane, Worthington Standish, WN1 2XF in their function room upstairs.

Meet from 10am for a pre-meeting coffee. The meeting commences at 10:30am until 1pm, when we will take lunch in the restaurant. Please make your reservation by calling 01257 818015 quoting ‘MX-5 Car Club’. There is no requirement to pre-order your meal selections.

The Planning Meeting is a key and a fundamental event in our diary when we start to crystallise our thoughts on the programme of events for the following year.

It follows that a thoughtful, creative and well participated planning meeting will result in an enjoyable and fun year of events, so please be prepared to give the matter some prior thought and come to the meeting with your suggestions and ideas.

Remember, there is no such thing as a bad idea! Of course, for those who have never arranged an event before and are perhaps a little apprehensive there will be plenty of help and assistance available. This cannot be emphasised enough. We are sure that by the end of the meeting and with all the group’s involvement and support we will have produced an exciting and much anticipated 2024 events calendar.
