Meeting at the Tickled Trout at 10.00am for a 10.30am prompt start.
We leave the Tickled Trout and go through Broughton, Inskip, Elswick, Great Eccleston and across the Catford Toll Bridge; you will need 60 pence for the toll. From here we travel to Cockerham and Caton via the Bay Horse Road. At Wray we stop for a break at the Bridge Cafe for coffee, tea and you know what!
After our well-earned break we’re off to Wennington, Melling, then passing by the bridge at Kirby Lonsdale and almost at Sedbergh we turn towards Kendal. From Kendal we head south through Sizergh, Burton-in-Kendal, Gressingham to lunch at the Bridge Cafe at Wray.
