VISIT a VULCAN
I am writing to update you all with progress on our upcoming Vulcan visit(s)
In short its popularity is proving to be a logistical nightmare!
In addition health & safety protocols are far more stringent than for our last visit two years ago…
In short a visit can now accommodate a MAXIMUM of 12 cars and 24 People.
I have therefore secured two sessions as follows:
Saturday morning October 5th – commencing 10:30am
Saturday morning October 19th – commencing 10:00am
If there is enough interest from the club I will organise further dates for spring 2025 as this has currently only been seen by Facebook members.
Cost is £15.00 PER PERSON payable on the day to the Vulcan Team on site.
We currently have 45 people and 26 cars to split across the two dates – We can accept no more applications at this point.
So to organise all this can I please request the following actions from those members wishing to attend:

Confirm that you still wish to attend

Are you attending solo or as a couple (remember cost is per person not per car)

Are you able to attend either date.

In fairness to all interested only confirm if you are definitely going to attend
The only fair way to organise this is by requesting confirmation of the above via email to southwestmidlands@mx5oc.co.uk on a first come first served basis.
Please title your email Vulcan Visit.
If you have not emailed by the evening of Friday 27th September I will assume you no longer wish to attend.
