Winbirri wines current bottles between 30,000 and 50,000 bottles a year, which are sold in independent wine shops and supermarkets including Waitrose and Marks & Spencer. The vineyard tours and tastings tours have a 5 star rating on trip advisor.
During the tour you will be guided by the experienced head winemaker who will guide you through the vineyards and explain about the history of Winbirri Vineyards, the methods used in the vineyards to care for the vines and the reasons for the grapes they grow here in England.
The tour then proceeds on to the winery where you will learn about the processes involved in the production of turning the grapes into award winning wines and the differences in the production of white wines, red wines, and Sparkling.
To complete your experience you will then be invited up to our tasting room where you will have the chance to taste a selection of our award winning wines. The tasting is accompanied by a local platter of cheeses and cured meats.
