Membership area queries
If you have not received this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Please note it may take a few minutes to receive the password reset email.
Once you reset your password, you can ignore the notification on the homepage of the website that tells you to reset your password.

On Desktop
- When on the website, go to the blue horizontal menu at the top of the page and hover your mouse over ‘Membership’
- When the drop-down menu appears, click on ‘Login’
- Enter your email address and password
- You are now logged in
On Mobile
- When on the website, click on “Select Page” menu at the top of the page
- Scroll down to Membership and click on ‘Login’
- Enter your email address and password
- Click “Log In’
- Once you’re logged in, hover over ‘Membership’ in the blue menu at the top of the page
- Click on ‘Renew’ in the drop-down menu
- Fill in the fields with your information. You may need to update this data if you’ve had a change of address or new phone number in the past year
- Finally, fill in your debit or credit card information and click ‘Renew’
On Mobile
- Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘Select Page’ menu at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to ‘Membership’ and click ‘Renew’
- Fill in the fields with your information. You may need to update this data if you’ve had a change of address or new phone number in the past year
- Finally, fill in your credit card information and click ‘Renew’
If you wish to pay by cheque, you will need to call the club office on 01984 656 229.
On Desktop
- Once you’re logged in, hover over ‘Membership’ in the blue menu at the top of the page
- In the drop down menu, click ‘Profile’.
- Once on your profile, click on ‘Vehicles’
- Enter your first car information and click ‘save’
- If you’ve already entered details about one car, replace the fields with the information of your second car
- Repeat process for third, fourth or fifth car etc
- This will update your profile on our database with the multiple car entries
On Mobile
- Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘Select Page’ menu at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to ‘Membership’ and click ‘Profile’
- Once on your profile, click on ‘Vehicles’
- Enter your first car information and click ‘save’

Forum queries
Unfortunately, the forum does not support iOS 9, ‘Internet Explorer 10’ or ‘Internet Explorer 11’. The forum only supports the latest, stable releases of the major browsers. You will need to download and use Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.
- To post a new topic, go to the menu bar at the top of any page on the website, click ‘Forum’
- On the forum page, navigate to the category that your new post falls into
- Click the grey ‘+ New Topic’ button on the top-right of the page
- A pop-up box will appear on the screen
- Fill in the fields within the pop-up box to create your new post on the forum
- Click ‘+ Create Topic’ and your post has been created!
- On a topic of your choosing within a category, you can reply to individual people by clicking the grey ‘Reply’ button or Reply icon (if on mobile
) next to their post
- If you want to reply to the topic as a whole, scroll to the bottom of the thread and click on the blue ‘Reply’ button
- A pop-up box will appear at the bottom of the page
- Type your comment in this box and click the blue ‘Reply’ button below to post your message
- When on a topic within the forum, scroll to the bottom of the thread, and click the grey button that contains a Bell icon. It may say ‘Watching’, ‘Tracking’ or ‘Normal’
- You can then choose ‘Muted’ as an option to turn off all notifications about this topic
- Yes! When you reply to a post or start a new topic you can upload a photo directly in the pop-up box that appears at the bottom of your screen
- Click reply on the post or topic you want to reply to
- When the pop-up box appears at the bottom of the screen type your message in the ‘Type here’ field
- When you want to upload your photo, click on the
icon
- If using a desktop, click ‘Choose Files’ if you want to upload the image from your device or click ‘From the web’ if you want to paste in an image URL from the web. (If you’re using a mobile device, either ‘Take Photo or Video’, choose a photo from your ‘Photo Library’ or ‘Browse’ for further images. Once an image is selected, it will automatically be inserted into your post)
- You can also drag and drop an image into the editor to upload it
- Click ‘upload’
- Please note that images must be under 4MB so if they’re any larger they will need to be resized
- When in the forum, click on your round avatar or profile picture at the top right of the screen in the menu bar
- When the drop-down menu appears, click on your name, then click on ‘Preferences’ where your profile preferences page will load
- At the second heading that reads ‘Profile Picture’ you can click on the pencil next to the round image that will load a pop-up box
- Select ‘Add a custom picture’ to upload your own image
- It is recommended to upload a square image
- Click ‘Save Changes”
- When in the forum, click on your avatar/profile picture at the top right of the screen in the menu bar
- When the drop-down menu appears, click on the envelope icon and then on the downward pointing arrow underneath your latest private messages
- Now a page with your private messages will load where you can read and reply to them
